Cut Vinyl Graphics
Cost-Effective Quantity Range: 1 - 10 units
Advantages: economical price, vivid color, quick turnaround, can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces,
design/content may vary for quantity orders
Disadvantages: no gradient color, limited color choices, vector graphics necessary for logo use, prices increase with additional colors, smaller price breaks with large quantities

Digital Printing
Cost-Effective Quantity Range: 1 - 50 units
Advantages: virtually unlimited color choice, photos and gradient color possible, no additional charges for multi-color, can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces, common raster graphics acceptable for logo use, design/content may vary for quantity orders
Disadvantages: comparatively expensive, smaller price breaks with large quantities, less color intensity than other methods


Screen Printing
Cost-Effective Quantity Range: 12 or more units
Advantages: very economical for large quantities, vivid color, spot or process color available
Disadvantages: limited color choices for spot color, process color can be expensive, design/content must be exactly the same for quantity orders
