Can you walk me through the different graphics options?
Most signs can be produced using one of three methods: cut vinyl graphics, digital printing or screen printing. Each has its advantages and limitations.

Cut Vinyl Graphics
Cost-Effective Quantity Range: 1 - 10 units
Advantages: Economical price, vivid color, quick turnaround, can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces, design/content may vary for quantity orders
Disadvantages: No gradient color, limited color choices, vector graphics necessary for logo use, prices increase with additional colors, smaller price breaks with large quantities

Digital Printing
Cost-Effective Quantity Range: 1 - 50 units
Advantages: Virtually unlimited color choice, photos and gradient color possible, no additional charges for multi-color, can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces, common raster graphics acceptable for logo use, design/content may vary for quantity orders
Disadvantages: Comparatively expensive, smaller price breaks with large quantities, less color intensity than other methods

Screen Printing
Cost-Effective Quantity Range: 12 or more units
Advantages: Very economical for large quantities, vivid color, spot or process color available
Disadvantages: Limited color choices for spot color, process color can be expensive, design/content must be exactly the same for quantity orders
